NBell Studio has a firm 24 hour cancellation policy for all reservations. 

If less than 24 hours notice is provided for cancellation, the next service will be charged additional 25% of the service price. 

In the event you are late for an appointment, as a courtesy for the next guest, your service may have to end on time regardless of the start time. Arriving late may limit your service time, affecting your desired outcome. The full service price will be applied.
